Let’s get you back to doing the things you love.

You’re here for a reason. I’m here to help.

Maybe you’re in pain.

Maybe you sustained an injury yesterday.

Or maybe you’ve been living with a chronic issue for years.

Maybe you feel ok and you want to start exercising with greater frequency and intensity, but you don’t know where to start. The world of exercise can be daunting, and with so much information it can be hard to know what to do & what NOT to do. The last thing you want to do is hurt yourself while trying to exercise to prevent injury.

Thanks to the internet, there is so much information out there to help guide you on your path. But none of that information is geared towards specifically you. You are a complex being, with one-of-a-kind structural anatomy, movement patterns and capabilities, daily habits, past experiences, mental and emotional constructs, etc. It’s time your training program reflected that.

There is a better way. Gone are the days of resting, icing, and bracing, and taking pills for your injured areas. I’m tired of seeing good people with unresolved injuries waste too much time, money, and life experiences relying on the current western medical model or waiting to magically feel better.

As a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with one foot in the injury rehabilitation world, and the other in the performance and fitness world, I can help you bridge the gap from where you’ve been, where you’re at, and where you want to go. I can provide you solutions and results.

I can be your guide to a healthier, happier, and more limitless life.

This is where I come in.

— Jill T.

“After working with Harrison for about a year we were able to fix the lingering issues I had been dealing with for a long time. My strength was also leaps and bounds ahead of where I was when I started with him. I now have so much more confidence to do activities that I enjoy like soccer and snowboarding.”
